Victory for RoboShiksha Kendra Students: A CSR initiative by TATA Technologies

Lonavala, Pune – March 25th, 2024 – A team of 4 students from VPS High School, Lonavala, succeeded in securing first rank at a recent science exhibition supported by Tata Technologies. The team’s first-place victory was achieved through their dedication and out-of-the-box thinking and serves as a tangible example of what students can accomplish when immersed in a robust STEM learning environment. 

The students’ achievement is not only a matter of pride but also acts as a powerful endorsement of the transformative potential of STEM learning. It underscores the critical need to prioritize and cultivate STEM skills within our educational systems.

CSR Initiative by Tata Technologies

Tata Technologies under their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, in collaboration with the India STEM Foundation (ISF), supported VPS High School by establishing a Robo Siksha Kendra/STEM Tinkering Lab, thereby providing students with access to hands-on learning opportunities in various scientific concepts. This initiative, part of the ISF Robo Siksha Kendra Program, underscores Tata Technologies’ commitment to promoting hands-on learning and fostering 21st-century skills among students.
