
Tata Technologies supports STEM education in India
Tata Technologies, a global engineering and product development company, is committed to supporting STEM education initiatives in India. With a strong focus on sparking innovation and preparing future talent, Tata Technologies has taken significant steps to promote STEM learning and engagement among students.
As part of their efforts, Tata Technologies has extended their support to STEM education through the establishment of two new Robo Siksha Kendra in Pune, 4th year in a row. These state-of-the-art STEM tinkering labs provide students with a hands-on learning experience, allowing them to explore and experiment with robotics, coding, and other STEM-related concepts. Tata Technologies’ long standing collaboration with Robo Siksha Kendras is well-known. For the past three years, they have joined forces to establish centers of scientific creativity and innovation, empowering students to cultivate vital skills for their future endeavors.
They will be supporting previously set 10 labs, in addition to the 2 new ones, making their mark among corporates supporting skills development.
In addition to the establishment of these new labs, Tata Technologies has also shown their support for STEM education by endorsing a team in the World Robot Olympiad (WRO) India Regional. The WRO is a prestigious international robotics competition that challenges students to showcase their skills and creativity in designing and programming robots to solve real-world problems. Tata Technologies’ sponsorship of a team in the WRO provides students with a unique opportunity to showcase their talent, collaborate with peers, and gain valuable experience in the field of robotics.
