This initiative to provide robotics kits for schools, underscores our commitment to fostering innovation and scientific literacy among students across India.
Each eligible school will receive ONE free STEM Innovation Kit. This powerful kit is designed to empower students to build, test, and innovate, including a versatile range of components such as Arduino Uno/Nano microcontrollers, ultrasonic and IR sensor modules, various motors (like DC 5V Metal Gear and MG-996 Servo), and essential accessories like breadboards and jumper wires.

Download the official application template. Submit the completed form on your School’s letterhead, duly signed and stamped by the Principal/Director. Email the scanned application to wro@indiastemfoundation.org by July 10th, 2025.
To make your application stronger, the following are recommended:
1.1 Register a Team: Your school should have at least one team registered in the Future Innovators Category of the Virtual Round. Registration for the last Virtual Round is July 7th, 2025. To ensure inclusivity and accessibility, one team per school is eligible for free registration.
1.2 STEM Teacher Training Certification: Schools with at least two teachers completing our free Certified STEM Teacher Training Course will receive preference, crucial for effective kit use.
To increase your chances, ensure that at least one team is registered for WRO and two teachers are ISF STEM certified.
The Theme for WRO India Season 2025, The Future of Robots, invites students to explore the rapidly evolving field of robotics and its potential to shape our world. This year, we encourage young innovators to delve into cutting-edge technologies and envision robots that could revolutionize industries, enhance daily life, and tackle global challenges.
Teams of 2-3 Students in the same age group led by an adult coach can choose to participate in any one of the four WRO® Competition categories namely RoboMission, Future Innovators, RoboSports, and Future Engineers, depending on the interests, knowledge and skills, and strengths of the students and coach on the team.
Note: This year, each school is eligible for one free team registration under the Future Innovators Category.
There is no requirement to register multiple teams to avail the free registration benefit. However, if additional teams are registered from the same school, the standard registration fee will apply for each of those teams.
India STEM Foundation is a not-for-profit organization incorporated under section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956. All sponsorships/donations made to India STEM Foundation are eligible for tax exemption under 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
