GlobalLogic Employee Volunteering Program at Nagpur School

GlobalLogic Empowers Students with STEM Skills During Christmas Volunteering Program in Nagpur

As part of Christmas Day celebrations, GlobalLogic conducted an employee volunteering program at C. P. and Berar High School, Nagpur on 20th December 2025. This initiative was aimed at introducing students to creativity, sustainability, and the basics of automation through hands-on learning.

During the program, a GlobalLogic employee volunteer led an engaging and interactive session with students, focusing on innovative thinking and practical STEM applications. The session encouraged students to explore the concept of best-out-of-waste by creating a Christmas tree using recycled materials, reinforcing the importance of sustainability and responsible resource usage.

The activity was further enhanced with the integration of technology, as students used Arduino, LED lights, and buzzers to bring their creations to life. The components were programmed to blink in sequence and play the tune of “Jingle Bells,” offering students an enjoyable introduction to the fundamentals of automation and coding in a festive and relatable context.

The session witnessed strong teamwork and collaboration between the students and the employee volunteer, creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm and curiosity. The blend of celebration and experiential learning made the session both engaging and educational, allowing students to gain practical exposure to core STEM concepts.

The initiative concluded on a joyful note, leaving a lasting impact on the students and reinforcing GlobalLogic’s commitment to community engagement and education through meaningful employee-led CSR initiatives.
