Anushikshan Program Conducts AI Showcase Event at Chennai Schools with Support from Wood India

Chennai, January 30, 2026: The Anushikshan Program successfully conducted an AI showcase event on 30th January 2026 at Moongibai Girls School and Motilal Fomra School in Chennai. Supported by Wood India, the event highlighted student-led artificial intelligence projects developed during structured AI training sessions, aimed at strengthening digital literacy and future-ready skills among school students.

The AI showcase event marked the culmination of the Anushikshan Program’s technology-focused learning modules implemented across both schools. Students presented a wide range of projects that demonstrated their understanding of core AI concepts, logical reasoning, and problem-solving techniques. The event provided a platform for students to apply classroom learning to practical scenarios and showcase how artificial intelligence can be used to address real-world challenges.

Students from multiple grades participated in the event, presenting projects that focused on problem identification, data-driven thinking, and solution design. Each project presentation included an explanation of the objective, the approach adopted, and the logic behind the solution. Educators and facilitators noted that the projects reflected structured thinking and a clear grasp of fundamental artificial intelligence principles introduced during the training sessions.

The Anushikshan Program is designed to introduce emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence to school students through experiential and project-based learning. The AI training sessions emphasised hands-on activities, encouraging students to experiment, iterate, and learn through practice. As a result, students displayed improved confidence, communication skills, and analytical thinking during the showcase event.

Teachers from Moongibai Girls School and Motilal Fomra School observed a noticeable increase in student engagement throughout the duration of the program. According to educators, the AI learning modules complemented the existing academic curriculum by exposing students to practical applications of technology while reinforcing critical thinking and collaborative learning skills. Several students who initially had limited exposure to technology-based education showed increased interest and participation over time.

Wood India’s support played a significant role in the successful implementation of the Anushikshan Program at the Chennai schools. By backing the initiative, Wood India contributed to expanding access to AI education and digital skill development at the grassroots level. The showcase event demonstrated the impact of industry-supported education programs in preparing students for a technology-driven future.

The event also enabled peer learning, as students observed and engaged with each other’s projects, asked questions, and exchanged ideas. Facilitators reported that many students demonstrated independent problem-solving abilities and a willingness to explore advanced AI concepts beyond the training curriculum. This collaborative learning environment further strengthened the program’s educational outcomes.

The AI showcase event concluded with a review of learning outcomes achieved under the Anushikshan Program. Organisers emphasised the importance of continued exposure to artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to prepare students for evolving academic and professional landscapes. The event at Moongibai Girls School and Motilal Fomra School stands as a strong example of how structured AI education programs, supported by corporate partnerships, can create meaningful impact in school education.
