Preparing for the World Robot Olympiad (WRO) is about much more than building a robot. It is a journey of creativity, problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement. To support students on this journey, volunteers from Athenahealth visited M. T. Balwadkar Vidyalaya, Pune, on 17 July 2026 for an interactive project review and volunteer engagement session with teams participating in WRO India.
The visit provided students with an opportunity to present their innovative projects, receive valuable industry feedback, and gain practical insights that will help strengthen their preparations for the upcoming stages of the competition.
Students Present Innovative WRO India Projects
The session began with an introduction to the World Robot Olympiad (WRO), its objectives, and this year’s competition themes. Students then presented their innovative robotics projects, explaining the ideas behind their solutions, the technologies they had incorporated, and the real-world challenges they aimed to address.
The presentations reflected the students’ creativity, technical understanding, and growing confidence as they demonstrated the progress they had made throughout their project development journey.
Athenahealth Volunteers Share Industry Insights
Following the presentations, volunteers from Athenahealth engaged students in an interactive discussion, asking thoughtful questions about their design approach, technical implementation, and problem-solving process.
The volunteers reviewed each project in detail and shared practical suggestions to help students refine their prototypes, improve technical execution, and strengthen the way they present their ideas.
