Roles and Responsibilities:
● Engage with individuals in public spaces like malls, tech parks, events, and residential
areas to create awareness about India STEM Foundation’s initiatives.
● Persuasively communicate the vision, mission, and impact of India STEM Foundation
to potential donors.
● Inspire and motivate individuals to become long-term donors through monthly
contributions.
● Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and commitments using provided tools
or software.
● Meet individual and team fundraising targets on a weekly/monthly basis.
● Represent India STEM Foundation in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Requirements:
● 6 months to 2 years of experience in face-to-face fundraising, direct sales, or field
marketing.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil.
● Energetic, outgoing personality with strong convincing abilities.
● Passion for social causes, especially in the field of education and youth
empowerment.
● Willingness to work outdoors and travel within Chennai as needed.
● Graduates preferred, but passionate candidates with strong skills are encouraged to
apply.
